1
What do you expect from brand partners? What support do you offer beyond the first order?
What we look for in partners: Clear business planning — A clear understanding of your target market, price positioning, and preliminary design direction Commitment to quality — Great products require the right investment. We work only with brands that respect quality Long-term partnership mindset — We value clients who want to build lasting relationships, not just one-off transactions Respect for intellectual property — We sign NDAs with clients and keep all designs strictly confidential  For partners who align with these values, we offer long-term support: Stable pricing and priority scheduling for repeat orders Shared quality records — so you can track consistency across time and batches Faster sampling for future projects — once your preferences are on file, the process speeds up A dedicated contact person — someone who knows your brand specs and preferences inside out
2
What kind of brands do you typically work with?
We work with two types of brands — established brands and serious emerging brands that have done their homework. One is established watch brands — they know exactly what they want and need reliable execution and quality assurance. The other is brands that have completed preliminary market research and design evaluation — whether it's a new collection from an established brand or a debut product from an emerging brand, as long as you have a clear view of your market and a solid idea of what you want, we can provide the right execution support. If your brand is at this stage — you have direction and you're ready to execute — we'd be glad to be your partner. If you're still in the early concept phase, we're happy to share some industry perspective to help you clarify your next steps. We believe great partnerships start with clear positioning and mutual trust.
3
How do I contact you after we start working together? Will my contact person change?
You'll have a dedicated contact person throughout the entire process. We strive to maintain consistency — your contact person knows your brand, your products, and your preferences. If a change is absolutely necessary, we'll ensure a thorough handover and notify you in advance.
4
What after-sales service and warranty policy do you offer?
We offer a warranty of 12-24 months from the date of shipment. This includes: Warranty — Free repair or replacement for movement issues caused by manufacturing defects Test reports — Complete test reports included with every shipment Parts support — Free replacement parts for manufacturing defects during the warranty period Repair service — For non-warranty repairs, we provide a solution with cost estimates Technical consultation — Guidance on product use, maintenance, and care
5
Why do you focus on the European market?
We offer a warranty of 12-24 months from the date of shipment. This includes: Warranty — Free repair or replacement for movement issues caused by manufacturing defects Test reports — Complete test reports included with every shipment Parts support — Free replacement parts for manufacturing defects during the warranty period Repair service — For non-warranty repairs, we provide a solution with cost estimates Technical consultation — Guidance on product use, maintenance, and care Our principle is simple: what we're responsible for, we never deflect; what's beyond scope, we communicate honestly.
6
What is the current trend in the high-end mechanical watch market?
We believe the high-end mechanical watch market — driven by emotional value, collectibility, and craftsmanship — remains vibrant.
7
What level of craftsmanship can I expect?
Our craftsmanship standards are reflected in every detail: Case finishing — Brushed textures are uniform, polished surfaces are free of pitting and orange peel, edge chamfers are crisp and clean Dial printing — Logo and indices are sharp, edges are free of burrs, and lume is applied evenly and fully Assembly standards — Hands align within ≤0.5 degrees at 12 o'clock, crown operation is smooth without play, date wheel snaps crisply and displays centered Timing accuracy — Standard controlled within ±15 seconds per day, with the option to adjust to higher precision based on your brand positioning We use high-precision CNC equipment on par with Swiss standards. Every case undergoes precision CNC machining before polishing to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface flatness. We believe good craftsmanship isn't something you claim — it's something you control at every step.
8
Do you perform 100% inspection on finished watches?
Yes. Every finished watch goes through timing accuracy testing (multi-position), water resistance testing (at rated pressure), visual inspection (under magnification), and functional testing (winding, time setting, date, clasp). Every shipment comes with a test report. We operate a three-tier quality control system: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC) — we don't just check the final product; we start controlling quality from the moment components enter the factory.
9
How do you control dimensional tolerances in case manufacturing?
We follow ISO standard tolerances for watch case manufacturing. Critical dimensions — including movement fitting, crystal fitting, and crown tube alignment — are held to ±0.05mm (about half the thickness of a human hair). We set up 100% inspection checkpoints after CNC finishing — every case goes through CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) verification, and out-of-tolerance parts do not move to the next stage.
10
How do you ensure consistency across different production batches?
We ensure batch-to-batch consistency through three measures: consistent tooling and materials, strict traceability management, and retained reference samples from each batch. After each production run, we keep reference samples. When you place reorders, we pull the previous samples and records to ensure every watch matches the first batch.
11
How do you manage project timelines and risks in new product development?
We manage development in stages: design freeze → tooling → trial molding → sample approval → pilot run → mass production. Each stage has clear review checkpoints and acceptance criteria to ensure the project stays on track. For structurally complex cases, we conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) assessments and 3D assembly validation before tooling starts to identify potential issues early — preventing risks from carrying into mass production.
12
Can I track production progress?
Yes. We'll update you at key milestones: tooling completion → first sample output → mass production start → quality inspection complete → shipment ready. You can also request more detailed reporting frequencies, such as weekly written progress reports or photo confirmations at key milestones, depending on your project needs.
