2.What is the sample development timeline and cost?

Sample development typically follows these stages:

Sample costs are charged at actual cost. We'll provide an accurate quote once the design plan is confirmed — so you can make a decision with a clear cost expectation.

1.How long does it take from design confirmation to final delivery?

It depends on the complexity of the project and the cooperation stage.

First batch delivery:

The timeline starts from design confirmation and deposit receipt, including sample making and mass production. We'll provide an accurate delivery date once samples are confirmed.

4.What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per model — the sweet spot where quality meets cost efficiency. For first orders, we offer flexible starter packages to help emerging brands test the market without compromising quality. After the first order, subsequent orders follow the standard MOQ. We apply the same quality standards to every order, whether it's 100 pieces or 1,500 pieces.

3.What craftsmanship and customization options are available?

We support full-component customization — from movement, dial, case, case back, to strap: Movement customization — Choose from Japanese Miyota or Swiss Sellita movements. Support for automatic/manual winding, date, moon phase, dual time, and other complications Dial customization — Various surface finishes (lacquer, sunburst, guilloché, mother-of-pearl, enamel, etc.). Logo, indices, hands, and colors all customizable to your design Case customization — Multiple material options (stainless steel, titanium, bronze, carbon fiber, etc.) and surface finishes (polished, brushed, sandblasted, PVD) Case back customization — Logo engraving, limited edition numbering, pattern engraving. Solid or exhibition case back options available Strap customization — Leather, metal, or rubber. Color, texture, and buckle style all customizable Packaging customization — After sample confirmation, we can also provide custom packaging solutions based on your needs to simplify your sourcing process Once craftsmanship is confirmed, we provide renderings and production drawings for your review before moving to production. We invest sufficient time and quality control at every stage — from CNC precision machining to hand finishing, with inspection checkpoints at each step. This is why our pricing differs from entry-level suppliers for the same specifications: our price reflects higher standards of craftsmanship, consistent quality, and reliable delivery timelines.

2.What information do you need to provide a meaningful quote?

To provide an accurate custom watch quote, we typically need the following information: Reference images or technical drawings Target market and price positioning Case material and dimensions Strap material and dimensions Movement preference (or budget range) Crystal and water resistance requirements Estimated annual order quantity / per-order quantity The more complete your information, the more accurate the quote — and the smoother the project execution.

1.What types of customization do you support? What are the customization options?

We offer three flexible customization paths to meet different client needs: Physical reference customization — You send us an existing watch or physical sample. We reverse-engineer it, match the specs, and adjust as needed before production Rendering-based customization — You provide design renderings or technical sketches. We convert them into 2D engineering drawings and 3D models, then move to sampling Concept-based customization — You provide reference images or a written brief. Our design team develops a full product specification for your approval before sampling Whether you have complete production drawings, hand sketches, reference images, or just a product concept — we can match the right development process to your project stage. From concept to delivery, we provide full design and engineering support.

We work with two types of brands — established brands and serious emerging brands that have done their homework. One is established watch brands — they know exactly what they want and need reliable execution and quality assurance. The other is brands that have completed preliminary market research and design evaluation — whether it's a new collection from an established brand or a debut product from an emerging brand, as long as you have a clear view of your market and a solid idea of what you want, we can provide the right execution support.
